Hello my name is Anne Woehrle. I have been practicing massage for over 30 years. I began my career working at a chiropractor's office in New Jersey with a certification I received through The American Massage Association (AMTA).  The AMTA is a national organization of massage therapists which requires its member to receive continuing education & follow a code of professionalism & ethics. I am presently an active member of the AMTA.

In 1998 I returned to school at The Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, New Jersey to obtain a New York state license (LMT) & National Board Certification (NCBTMB) in massage therapy & bodywork.  As stated earlier, I am required to continue my education & must have 48 hours of continuing education credits (CEUs) to recertify my national certification & keep my AMTA membership. I am always taking classes to better myself and my techniques & also to help my clients feel the best they can.

I worked in a chiropractor’s office when I was first practicing massage therapy.  I then worked in a spa for the next nine years. In May of 2000 I decided to open a private practice, Warwick Massage in Warwick, New York. I was also on the palliative care team at The Bon Secour Campus in Warwick where massage was offered to patients at St. Anthony’s Hospital & to the residents at Mount Alverno Center & Scheriver Pallivion Nursing Home.

I have training in many types of massage which including swedish,  deep tissue, sports, hot stone, geriatric, pre & post natal, oncology, aromatherapy, chair, and reflexology.

My clientele ranges in age from children to teens to senior citizens.

I truly enjoy my work. I like to be able to help my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle by relieving stress, pain, stiffness, soreness , discomfort , and to increase range of motion & just feel great.
